Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Overview

JDDARS LLC, doing business as GairCor Technologies (“GairCor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), builds and operates websites, software applications, downloadable tools, and related business and support services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we share it, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices you may have. Some GairCor products may carry a supplemental privacy notice; where one applies, it controls over this Policy for that product to the extent they conflict.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to our public website (gaircor.com), the App Hub, product pages, downloadable software, hosted applications, support channels, scheduling and contact workflows, and marketing communications — and to any other interaction that links to it, except where a separate notice expressly applies.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data — name, email, phone, and company, where you provide them through a form.
  • Device, network, and log data — IP address (hashed for rate limiting; not stored as identifying data), browser and device type, timestamps, and security and diagnostic logs.
  • Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, features and links used, and similar interaction events, captured through our product-analytics provider (PostHog) so we can understand and improve how the site and App Hub are used, and approximate location (country/region) derived from IP for the same purpose.
  • Support and communications data — messages, inquiries, and scheduling or consultation details you send us.
  • Commercial data — where you purchase a paid product, records of that purchase and its status.
  • Finance and verification data — only if you use a finance-related, account-linked, or higher-risk product that requires it — such as account metadata, fraud signals, identity-verification data, or information needed for know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, or sanctions checks. The public marketing site and App Hub do not collect this data.
  • Sensitive data — only where necessary for an offered service and permitted by law.

4. Sources

We collect data directly from you, automatically through your use of the services, and, where relevant, from service providers acting on our behalf (for example, hosting, database, scheduling, or analytics vendors) and from legal or regulatory sources.

5. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve our website, App Hub, downloads, and support;
  • respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
  • process any paid product you purchase;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, including rate limiting;
  • measure and improve performance and quality;
  • comply with law, enforce our terms, and defend legal claims;
  • where a specific product or law requires it, verify identity and carry out know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions checks;
  • send marketing communications where permitted, subject to your choices.

We do not operate an entitlement-verification system for downloads. Free apps are available without an account, and paid tiers are tied to a valid purchase.

6. Lawful bases (EU / UK)

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more lawful bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract; a legal obligation; our legitimate interests (such as service security, fraud prevention, and product improvement) where those interests are not overridden by your rights; your consent, where required; or, in narrow cases, vital interests or a public task.

7. How we share personal data

We may share personal data with:

  • service providers that host, secure, and support the services (for example, our hosting and database provider and our scheduling provider);
  • analytics and communications vendors — for example, PostHog, our product-analytics processor — subject to applicable law and your choices;
  • professional advisers and auditors, and, in a corporate transaction, an acquirer or investor;
  • regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or service integrity;
  • where a specific finance product requires them, banks, payment providers, or other regulated partners.

We do not sell personal data for money. If any website advertising or analytics activity is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable U.S. state law, we will provide the required notice and an opt-out.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, performance, and product analytics, and — where permitted — preferences and marketing. Our product-analytics provider, PostHog, may set cookies or use similar browser storage to measure how the site and App Hub are used (for example, pages viewed and links clicked); we do not use this to sell your personal data. For visitors in regions that require prior consent for analytics (such as the EU and UK), we ask for your consent before any non-essential analytics run. Elsewhere, analytics run by default and you can opt out at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or your browser controls.

9. Cross-border transfers

We may process personal data in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism appropriate to the destination — such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK transfer addendum — supplemented by additional safeguards where appropriate.

10. Automated decision-making

Where we use automated processing — for example, rules or models to prevent fraud and protect accounts — we do not rely solely on it to make a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, unless permitted by law and accompanied by appropriate safeguards. Where required, we will describe that processing and offer a route to request human review or contest a decision.

11. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described — service delivery, security, fraud prevention, legal and tax compliance, and dispute resolution. Operational logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or aggregated; support and inquiry records for a reasonable support and legal-defense period; records of a paid transaction for the period required by applicable financial, tax, and audit law. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, anonymize, or de-identify the data where feasible.

12. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal data. These include encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on our databases, audit logging of privileged actions, time-limited signed URLs for downloads, and rate limiting, along with service-provider oversight, and may include further access controls and monitoring appropriate to the risk. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Incident response

We maintain procedures to identify, contain, investigate, and remediate security incidents. Where required by law or contract, we will notify affected individuals, customers, or regulators within the applicable timeframe.

14. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; to withdraw consent; to receive a portable copy; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit certain sensitive-data uses; and to request human review of certain automated decisions. To exercise a right, contact us at privacy@gaircor.com. We may verify your identity before acting.

15. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and — unless a specific product states otherwise — are intended for users who are at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If we learn we collected data from a child in violation of law or a stated age limit, we will delete it or take other required steps.

16. Third-party sites and services

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and providers (for example, Calendly for scheduling). Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

17. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required by law, provide additional notice.

18. Contact
